All prices listed are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made through the methods provided at checkout. We use secure payment gateways — UrbanLoom does not store your full card or payment details. In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed. If any pricing errors occur, we may cancel the affected order and refund the amount.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your address. Estimated delivery time may vary depending on courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via your registered email or phone.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Return Policy is simple but strict — You must request a return within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging, and proof of issue provided. Once verified, we will approve a return, refund, or exchange. We do not accept returns beyond 3 days or for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or minor color variation.
