Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrbanLoom Apparel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product in question.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India (or update to your jurisdiction). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city set out in our contact page.
